For this sprawling residence, we completed an exterior upgrade that included a deep power wash, loose paint removal, stucco repairs, roofing repair and gutter clean up. We treated the structure with a full oil-based prime, and finished with a tri-color paint scheme. We also installed an ADA-approved elevator for owner, who is a senior citizen.
