To update this 1900 Pacific Heights single family Victorian exterior, we removed and installed all new wood that was needed to replace the dry rot. Then we installed a new roofing system. To complete the project, we treated the house to a tri-color Benjamin Moore painting scheme that includes gold leafing on the highlighted trim areas, as well as a fireman red front door.
