For this 1922 San Francisco Edwardian, elegant 5-bedroom corner residence, we performed a complete renovation.

We removed interior walls to create more open space for the kitchen, dining and family areas. The kitchen received all new custom cabinets, Carrera marble tops and a center island. The entire house was installed with new Rift Sawn oak hardwood floor. We updated the electrical and lighting system, and installed new plumbing.

For the large master bedroom, we removed walls and expanded door openings to allow more light and space. Both formal front room and the study received a complete audio and visual system. The front room also received a new gas-powered fireplace. We completed the interior with custom Benjamin Moore paint and Italian plastering.
